The Commonwealth Scholarship Commissio in the United Kingdom is inviting Canadians (and citizens of other developed Commonwealth countries) to apply for a unique PhD scholarship opportunity in the United Kingdom.
How it works:
According to the Commission, Canadians can pursue their PhD in its entirety in the United Kingdom, or explore a split-site option for one-year study in the UK as part of their overall degree. Recipients can select up to three institutions in the UK where they are interested in conducting their PhD.
